Keto Sausage Ball



Ingredients:  1 lb Hot sausage 4 Tbs butter ⅓ cup coconut flour 4 eggs ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp of baking powder 2 cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese 1 tsp garlic  Brown sausage and drain off fat.  Melt butter to a soft consistency, scramble eggs in a small bowl, add the butter and eggs with all other ingredients and mix up well.  On a greased baking sheet use a tablespoon and make into balls on the sheet. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Recipe yields 30-36 balls. These are the BEST snack or breakfast everyday.  You will make these weekly as they are low carb and so tasty. ENJOY
