Bruschetta Chicken

5-6 Boneless Chicken Breasts

Fresh Salsa

Fresh Mixed Greens

Provolone Cheese Slices

Coconut Oil

Salt and Pepper

Brown chicken breasts in a skillet with 2 Tbsp coconut oil and salt and pepper. Once cooked through, top with cheese and salsa and serve over sauteed spinach.  

Cook spinach in a little coconut oil, garlic, salt and peper to taste.
